JOB DESCRIPTION
The Control Room Manager, coordinates the provision of control room services in compliance with company policies and procedures, to ensure a professional service is provided.
Duties
- Effective co-ordination of operations of control room in compliance with legislation and G4S policy
- Effective management of the provision of customer service to clients
- Maintenance of required standards of employee performance and behavior in the control room
