POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

1 . Crop Sourcing Manager

Identify, profile and build a detailed national database of commodity suppliers (outgrower businesses, aggregators, nucleus farmers, and farmer groups) ahead of supplies.
Engage suppliers to aggregate farm produce at the right time while ensuring high quality and reducing post-harvest losses.
Leverage the Mergdata platform to predict yield, food quality and track produce sourcing.

2 . Commercial Manager

Develop, plan and implement commercial plans and strategies for the operational area.
Lead the team through change, guides the team in troubleshooting challenges and provides strategic focus and direction in the operational area.
Lead the procurement of logistics for sourcing, storage and distribution of farm produce and products in the operational area, while coordinating the redistribution of inputs with the operational area.

Manage agile product development process from a product management point of view
Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
