Job Duties
In this role, you will have several key responsibilities:
- Backend Development: Lead the creation of a secure, scalable, multi-tenant video analytics platform.
- Architecture Collaboration: Work alongside the Solution Architect to refine and enhance backend architecture.
- Service Delivery: Implement robust backend services that incorporate real-time AI/ML inference.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate smooth collaboration across various teams while adhering to DevOps practices.
Job Requirements
To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of backend development experience using Python, Node.js, or Go.
- Proven experience in software/system architecture for SaaS or data platforms.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and infrastructure provisioning.
- Strong understanding of API development and authentication/authorization methods (e.g., JWT, OAuth2).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD processes, and container orchestration.
