5. Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Implements preventive maintenance programme
- Undertakes scheduled and breakdown maintenance of equipment
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings, operating manuals, manufacturers instructions, and technical specifications
- Responsible for collection of data necessary to update the facility and equipment

- Responsible for maintaining the assurance process
- Inspects and approves incoming fruits from the field, in-process production, and the finished products and communicating required adjustments to meet quality specification
- Cooperates with government and international auditing/certification agencies to meet acceptable production standards
- Maintains documentation for the purpose of auditing by the third party
