Job Duties

The Front Office Administrator will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Responding to all written, email, and telephone inquiries promptly.
  • Processing bookings, invoices, and managing client transfers and visa support inquiries.
  • Maintaining an accurate company database and ensuring data quality.
  • Organizing and maintaining both paper and electronic filing systems.
  • Handling client registration information, documentation, and ID cards.
  • Assisting with course preparation and training room setup.
  • Supporting tutors and the team during training sessions.
  • Managing stock levels of stationery and promotional items.
  • Overseeing incoming and outgoing post and courier services.

Job Requirements
