Food & Beverage Officer at Ghana Christian International High School
Ghana Christian International High School is seeking to recruit Food & Beverage Officer.
Responsibilities
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day activities to the highest standards and within the budget.
- Keep both internal and external customer service at a high level.
- Make great menus, buy things, and make improvements as often as you need to.
- Find out what your customers want and address all of their issues.
- Lead the F&B team by finding, hiring, teaching, and evaluating good people.
- Set up goals, key performance indicators, schedules, policies, and processes.
- Provide two-way contact and a place where people feel like they own what they do, with a focus on motivation and teamwork.
- Follow all rules about health and safety
Qualification Required & Experience
Should have at least 5 years direct working experience in their respective fields and level they are applying for professional qualifications and an advanced working knowledge of office applications is an advantage
Location: Accra
