1 . Branch Manager

Process casual payments/wages

Perform daily review of expenses and general ledgers to ensure proper accounting and bookkeeping for all transactions
Prepare monthly management reports and compare actual performance with budgeted performance

4 . Human Resource Manager

Advises the MD, management, and staff on HR related matters
Develops systems and policies for the administration of HR activities such as recruitment and selection, training and development, rewards and motivation, performance appraisal

Advice and recommends to management relevant, efficient, and effective IT solutions to meet the company’s requirements
Assists with the development of business processes to ensure better service delivery to customers and improve the quality and overall performance of the department
Develops and implements standards, procedures, and processes for the IT department

The IT Officer is responsible for the maintenance, operation, and support of all onboard computer systems, mobile devices, physical and virtual servers, networks, point-of-sale terminals, network equipment, and peripherals.
This consists primarily of level 1 and 2 support as well as system monitoring and troubleshooting.
The IT Officer works closely with the IT Team to ensure all onboard systems perform at optimum levels.

Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights
Execute marketing strategy and the execution of plans for existing products

Periodically examines current business processes & policies and introduce necessary changes

Assess operational risks and develop risk management strategies;
To ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and institutional requirements as well as good business practices;
Liaise with Internal Audit to provide a remedy for new and outstanding issues.

10 . Statistician / Data Scientist

Liaising with departments to obtain data, including production figures and costs, sales figures, as well as product supply and demand data
Presenting statistical findings to management in reports that include executive summaries, charts, tables, and graphs
