About the Fellowship
The fellowship helps students who like finance but have not chosen a career path. Fellows work in the bank’s finance and banking teams. They learn the basics of several roles. They also complete case projects that solve current business problems. Development workshops and meetings with senior executives build leadership skills.
Cohort activities, such as social events and volunteer days, help fellows form a network. At the end, fellows interview for a Summer 2028 internship in their chosen track.

Who Can Apply
Applicants must meet these requirements:
- Be pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a May 2029 target graduation date
- Want a career in finance
- Be able to work 40 hours weekly from 14 June to 9 July
- Be willing to travel to Minneapolis in the first week
