POSITION: Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Handle a significant volume of incoming and outgoing calls promptly.
- Reply suitably to customers’ emails.
- Verify customer information, documentation, and other KYC criteria for making decisions.
- Adhere to communication “guides” when addressing various subjects.
- Recognize customers’ requirements, clarify details, explore, and offer suitable solutions.
- Take advantage of chances to upsell the company’s product whenever they present themselves.
- Cultivate lasting connections and involve customers by putting in extra effort.
- Maintain a clear record of every conversation in our call center database.
- Achieve individual/group qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Calm down situations with unhappy customers by providing patient help and assistance.
- Assist customers with resolving issues and utilizing products or services.
- Work together with fellow Team members to enhance customer service.
- Carefully execute additional official duties given to you.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma qualification
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly the ability to utilize Excel for report generation, is an advantage.
- Effective written and oral communication
- Excellent active listening abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities and rapport development skills
- A compassionate and understanding demeanor.
- Robust time management and organizational abilities
- Adjustability and versatility
- Capacity to function in a high-speed setting
- Indisputable honesty in managing delicate and private information.
- Having experience with a helpdesk management tool (such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) will be a beneficial asset.
- At ease working on the weekend.
