POSITIONS
1 . Communications and Media Strategist
The Communications and Media Strategist (CMS) will be the activity point of contact that builds community campaigns designed to capture and engage community members.

2 . Director of Finance & Administration
The Director of Finance & Administration will be experienced in, and responsible for the project’s administrative operations including finance, human resource management, contract/grants compliance, procurement and office administration while ensuring compliance with USAID, local laws, and FHI360 rules and regulations.

3 . Deputy Chief of Party -Technical
The Deputy Chief of Party -Technical will be responsible for leading technical components of the activity relating to service delivery provision in Ghana as well as for supervising cross-cutting teams. The role will require the supervision of the Technical Assistance Group and the Analytics and Learning Team. These groups will also work with the Chief of Party to ensure that technical outputs contribute to overall Activity goals.

The Chief of Party (COP) will be the principal point of contact in Ghana for procedural and substantive matters. The COP will coordinate and ultimately be responsible for all contract management and implementation. They will be the primary liaison with USAID on technical matters and must adjust programs and operations in response to USAID’s technical direction. The COP will also be responsible for ensuring quality control and the overall responsiveness of technical assistance provided under the award.
