About the Program
FoodHaus designed this fellowship around three core content pillars. These include transforming food systems, clarifying personal contribution, and embodying leadership. Fellows work individually on their own food-related project throughout. The program launches with an in-person intensive in Zürich this October. Nine months of online coaching and peer support follow afterward. A second in-person intensive concludes the program the following August.
What Participants Gain
Fellows join a genuinely international, cross-sector community of changemakers. This includes chefs, farmers, policymakers, and social entrepreneurs. Weekly online sessions provide structure alongside one-on-one coaching support. Peer learning helps fellows navigate challenges and build lasting momentum. The program helps participants find effective leverage points within food systems broadly.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must be at least 21 years old to qualify. Some demonstrated work experience in food systems is expected. Strong English communication skills are necessary throughout the program. Participants need reliable internet access for online collaborative work. Attendance at both in-person Swiss intensives is mandatory for fellows.
