POSITION: Business Development Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our respected team. In this critical role, you will drive our growth strategies, broaden our market presence, and form strategic alliances in the IT infrastructure industry.

To be successful in this position, you should have prior expertise in generating leads from marketing initiatives and reaching sales targets. Moreover, You will use your communication abilities to build great relationships with consumers from the moment they contact you until the transaction is completed. Key Responsibilities

Strategic business development.

  • Create and implement comprehensive business development plans that correspond with company goals and market trends.
  • Seek and develop new business possibilities, such as collaborations, acquisitions, and market expansion.

Lead generation and qualification

  • Qualify leads from Sales Executives for sales opportunity.
  • Contact potential clients with cold calls and emails.
  • Proactively look for new business prospects in the market.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building.

  • Introduce our company to potential clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend relevant products/services.
  • Customize product solutions to improve client happiness.
  • Create long-term, trustworthy relationships with clients and OEMs.
  • Arrange meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and OEMs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build good relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead high-level consultations and give convincing presentations to highlight Fairgreen’s value propositions.

Team leadership:

  • Motivate and motivate the business development team to promote a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor industry trends, competition, and new possibilities.
  • Provide insightful market assessments and performance reports to senior management.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
  • Work with top management on strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Report sales figures to the CEO on a weekly or quarterly basis.
  • Stay up to date on new products/services, as well as pricing/payment plans.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or comparable profession. MBA is a plus.
  • Requirements: 5 years of business development experience in IT or allied areas, including technological solutions, telecommunications, software development, and cybersecurity.
