Key Job Duties

As a Factory Worker, you will be integral to our production process. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Following production schedules and instructions to meet daily production targets.
Preparing ingredients according to specified recipes and guidelines.
Operating machinery safely and efficiently throughout your shift.
Monitoring production processes to ensure the highest quality and consistency.
Accurately packaging finished products for distribution.
Conducting quality checks and reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
Tying ends, fixing rework, and preparing products for smoke sticks on stuffing lines.
Hanging stuffed products onto smoke sticks and pushing full cages to the smokehouse scale areas.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area.
Adhering to food safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Job Requirements

To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

At least 1 year of experience in food production or a related field is essential.
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Good communication skills to ensure effective teamwork.
Capability to stand for long periods and lift/push/pull objects up to 50 lbs.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
Basic math skills for ingredient measurements and production tracking.
