Position: Factory Supervisors at Polytex

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To begin with, applicants should be able to use office suite for report entry
• Secondly, Prospective applicants should have good reporting skills
• Additionally, candidates should be able to communicate effectively
• Also, applicants must be a team player. He or she must be able to control people
• As well as assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Afterward, applicants should be able to oversee and coach employees.
• Last but not least applicants should ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Finally, applicants must check production output according to specifications.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• The minimum qualification of interested applicant should be HND or Degree
• In addition, interested applicants should have worked in a similar industry (Plastic Packaging Manufacturing)
• Also, applicants should live around the location of the company.
