Job responsibilities/Description

  • Firstly, Answer and direct phone calls
  • Secondly, Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Thirdly, Maintain contact lists
  • Then, Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Also, Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Moreover, Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Furthermore, Order office supplies
  • Additionally, Book travel arrangements
  • Thereafter, Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Besides that, Provide general support to visitors
  • More so, Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Again, Research and creates presentations
  • Most importantly, Prepare and monitor invoices
  • After that, Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
  • Afterwards, Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
  • Last but not least, Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies

Required Skills or Experience
