We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager for an IT solutions and services start-up.

Job Summary

The function entails developing and cultivating connections with major customers in the B2B category. The ideal applicant will have a solid history in sales strategy and business growth, with at least ten years of experience. Your key tasks will be to generate new business and drive growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify and create new business prospects for our products and services.
  • Manage sales revenue targets and forecasts
  • Collaborate with management to develop and execute go-to-market and sales strategies
  • Deliver tailored value propositions and business cases
  • Analyze competitive positioning and counter threats
  • Promote solutions to customers, prospects, partners, industry events, webinars, and trade shows.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 10 years of experience selling complex IT solutions in a B2B environment. • Strong technical background and passion for breakthrough technology.
  • Expertise in AI, Cyber Security, and Cloud technologies. • Demonstrated business development experience with senior contacts.
  • High energy, self-starter with great multitasking abilities and capacity to work autonomously.

Location: Accra.
