ROLE: Cold Email Operations Strategist
A prominent B2B lead generation business with a retainer-based approach is seeking a Cold Email Operations Strategist with a strong focus on cold outbound emailing. As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in extending our email marketing operations, with a focus on developing and optimizing outbound email campaigns to connect with high-quality leads for both our agency and our customers.
Principal Responsibilities
- Outbound Email Campaigns: Using technologies like Instantly and Apollo, create, develop, and deploy efficient cold outbound email campaigns that resonate with the target audience and deliver high-quality leads.
- Develop a comprehensive email marketing strategy with an emphasis on lead nurturing and conversion optimization.
- Segment and target email lists to provide highly focused and personalized communications, increasing engagement and response rates.
- A/B Testing: Use A/B testing to optimize various aspects of email marketing, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Collaborative Content Development: Collaborate with the team to create captivating email content that piques the curiosity of potential leads.
- Marketing Automation: Create and manage marketing automation workflows to improve lead nurturing operations.
- Analytics and reporting: Analyze and report on email campaign performance regularly, utilizing data to guide future strategy and improvements.
- Keep up-to-date on the newest trends and best practices in email marketing, particularly cold outbound approaches.
Qualifications
- Experience in Email Marketing: Proven track record in email marketing, with a focus on B2B lead generation and cold outbound campaigns.
- Capability to manage many cold outbound email campaigns at the same time
Strong knowledge of email marketing and automation tools such as SendGrid, HubSpot, - Instantly, or Apollo is required.
- Technical abilities include email design and HTML coding.
- Approach Based on Data: Capability to analyze email marketing stats and turn them into practical plans.
- Communication abilities: excellent written and vocal communication skills.
- Detail-Orientation: A great emphasis on quality, correctness, and detail.
- Teamwork: the capacity to work effectively both independently and in groups.
Good to have:
- Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
- Instant familiarity with CRM systems such as Apollo.
- Graphic design abilities or familiarity with design software are required.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
