POSITION: Data Analyst and Pensions Administrator

This role sits at the intersection of data integrity and customer service. You will ensure that the retirement savings of thousands of individuals remain secure and well managed.

The Role: Guardian of Data and Pension Schemes

This position is more than just administrative support. You will follow standardized processes, yes, but you will also deliver on daily production standards while adhering to strict service and quality guidelines. Moreover, you will provide an indirect service to customers and intermediaries, meaning your behind the scenes work directly impacts their experience. You will respond to immediate requirements within established procedures. Consequently, you will use standard administrative techniques to coordinate your own workflow effectively.

Your technical knowledge needs to sit at a moderate to high level. You will become partially multi skilled across products and processes relevant to the business area. Your primary mission is to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of client and customer data across all pension schemes we administer. Additionally, you will support pensions administration functions like scheme onboarding, member servicing, and porting management.

Your Core Responsibilities

This role breaks down into four key areas. Each area requires focus and dedication to detail.

  • Data Management and Compliance: You will ensure all client biodata in our business software remains complete, accurate, up to date, and not misleading. This directly aligns with Section 26 of the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). You will conduct regular data audits and quality checks across every pension scheme record. Furthermore, you will identify and remediate any data gaps. You will achieve this through direct engagement with clients, customers, and scheme employers. Your ongoing goal is to maintain and improve data quality levels across all schemes. You will also support compliance with regulatory and Group Internal Audit data requirements.
  • Client and Customer Engagement: You will engage directly with clients and customers to collect, verify, and update personal and scheme related data. This involves coordinating the collection of member forms, transfer in documentation, and other required records. You will also drive improvements in customer contactability. Better contact supports retention, upsell, and cross sell initiatives.
  • Pensions Administration: You will support the onboarding and administration of new and existing pension schemes. This means managing the porting process for members transferring across schemes. You will ensure structured tracking and thorough follow through on every case. Additionally, you will process transfer in requests and monitor associated contribution inflows. You will also assist with day to day fund administration tasks as the Pensions Administration team requires.
  • Reporting: You will prepare accurate and timely internal reports on data quality, scheme performance, and member activity. Moreover, you will prepare regulatory reports for submission to the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA) and other relevant bodies. Your work will provide data driven insights that support management decision making at the highest level.
