We are currently on the lookout for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will concentrate on discovering new business opportunities within the DACH market. Your main task will be to identify and connect with high-potential prospects while arranging qualified meetings for our sales team to generate interest in Frigga Tech’s offerings.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Frigga Tech, you will be instrumental in managing high-volume prospecting efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating Qualified Opportunities: Utilize a mix of outbound strategies to produce and manage a robust prospecting pipeline. Qualify leads through calls, emails, and other outreach methods, engage in discovery conversations with potential buyers, and arrange meetings for account executives.
- Account Research: Investigate key accounts within our target customer profile to identify their current initiatives, plans, and challenges. Leverage this research to foster meaningful relationships with prospective clients.
- Personalized Messaging: Develop tailored, account-specific messaging via phone, email, social media, video, and other channels to create a strong opportunity pipeline.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Reach out to leaders in supply chain and logistics to discuss their ongoing projects and strategic plans.
- Appointment Scheduling: Organize qualified meetings with key decision-makers at targeted organizations to explore how our solutions can meet their needs.
- Collaboration with Sales Teams: Partner with sales teams to create strategic prospecting plans, and account-based selling strategies, and coordinated campaign efforts.
- Tool Utilization: Employ relevant sales and CRM tools to conduct outreach, monitor activities, and track progress.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree with experience in data research and lead list development.
- Sales Skills: B2B sales experience with a strong “hunter” mentality adept at cold calling and outbound communication.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German; proficiency in another major European language (such as Dutch, French, or Spanish) is a significant advantage.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working amidst constant change.
- Communication Skills: Effective communicator experienced in cold outreach.
- Independence & Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Bonus: Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Cold Chain is advantageous but not essential.
