Who are you?
We seek a highly organized and pleasant Front Desk/Admin Assistant (ideally with national service experience) to join our Fido team. As the initial point of contact for visitors and calls, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and welcoming environment. In addition, you will give administrative support to ensure our office runs smoothly.
What will you do?
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it’s clean, orderly, and well-kept.
- Respond to general requests from clients and guests, offering accurate information and support.
- Maintain guest logs and oversee sign-in/sign-out procedures.
Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for various departments and guests.
- Respond to inquiries and correspondences promptly and professionally.
Scheduling and coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of organizational events.
Qualification
- Solid understanding of office processes.
- Ability to maintain a professional tone while handling sensitive material with confidentiality.
- Excellent attention to detail and correctness.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Positive mindset, proactive approach, and eagerness to learn and adapt.
