Estate Masters, a wholly Ghanaian-owned real estate company established in 2014, is seeking a Head of Marketing for its Bulk Land division. Our mission is to provide cost-effective, high-quality property solutions. This senior role reports to the General Manager and is accountable to the Managing Director. You will lead our marketing strategy for bulk land sales, driving brand visibility and lead generation in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

You will spearhead all marketing initiatives specifically tailored for bulk land promotion and sales.

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for bulk land products, aligning with overall business objectives.
Build and strengthen the company’s brand as a trusted leader in bulk land sales.
Drive innovative lead generation campaigns and manage the marketing funnel to convert interest into sales.
Apply a thorough understanding of the principles and methods for promoting, displaying, and selling bulk land effectively.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including potential buyers, partners, and community representatives.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the marketing team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Create, implement, and meticulously monitor the marketing budget to ensure cost effectiveness and strong ROI.
Utilize strong analytical skills to assess market trends, campaign performance, and solve strategic challenges.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Possess three to five years of proven marketing experience, ideally at a managerial level.
Prior experience within a land sales company is a significant advantage.
Demonstrate strong expertise in marketing bulk land, branding, and multi-channel lead generation.
Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Be a creative and strategic thinker with a consistent results-driven approach.
Show exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Possess the ability to recognize and proactively address customer needs and requirements.
Must reside within the enclave of Community 25 or Dawhenya to ensure proximity to operational areas.
