Responsibilities

  • Manage event enquiries and bookings from first contact through to event delivery
  • Coordinate private functions, corporate events, weddings, and in-house activations
  • Liaise with clients to confirm event details, packages, and logistical requirements
  • Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Prepare detailed run sheets and manage event timelines
  • Assist with in-house event programming, promotions, and activations
  • Manage event administration, including RSVPs, confirmations, ordering, and EDM campaigns
  • Oversee on-the-day event operations to ensure high service standards
  • Collect and review post-event feedback to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in event management and event planning

  • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
