We are now seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our promotional initiatives and strengthen our market presence. This role offers the opportunity to drive brand development and customer engagement within one of Ghana’s most dynamic sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive sales growth.
Lead market research efforts to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
Manage brand consistency across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative promotional campaigns.
Direct a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Develop and monitor marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Cultivate strong relationships with media partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders.

Your Profile and Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in a marketing or sales management role.
Background in real estate or land sales sectors is highly advantageous.

Required Skills:

Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles, promotional methods, and sales strategies.
Exceptional creative and strategic thinking capabilities.
Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and persuasive negotiation abilities.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
Proficiency in budget development, management, and analysis.
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to identify and respond to evolving customer needs.

Location Requirement: Candidates must reside in or near Community 25, Dawhenya, or the surrounding Tema areas to facilitate effective collaboration and community engagement.
