    Job Description

    As Traffic Executive of Esquan Marketing Agency, you are expected to be extremely Organized, Methodical and Detail Oriented.

    You connect Managers with relevant clients and personnel.

    The Traffic Executive must ensure the Tracking and Dissemination of Information between the various Department within Esquan, Creating Schedules for timely delivery of Resources and Materials, and Identifying potential issues that may disrupt work schedules. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identifying opportunities to adjust and revise work processes in order to increase efficiency.
    • Conducting daily check-in with project leads to ensure that staff is aware of looming deadlines.
    • Preparing daily priority lists, weekly project status reports.
    • Communicating potential problems to project teams and recommending solutions.
    • Creating timelines, instructions, and breakdowns for future projects with the help of COO and project leads
    • Handling Logistics and managing logistics in the store room
    • Keeping everyone on task and Projects on deadline and keeping all parties updated on the progress
    • Informing project teams of any updates and changes as and when they occur.
    • Plan, organize and execute promoter training programs with the help of Project Managers/ Leads.
    • Take notes during Brainstorm sessions and translate into a Proposal worthy document for Brand Strategist/ BDM
    • Assist on Projects; Activations and Events when necessary
    • Assist Project and Finance team with record keeping, filing and reconciliations

    Qualities Required

    • One of the Hallmarks of this role is an individual who understands time-management, an eye for detail and exhibits problem solving skills; Proficiency with Excel, Word and other Microsoft Application.
    • You must also understand people and should know instinctively when to push and when to let things simmer as they work to keep Departments on track.
    • You must possess the ability to Multitask, Organize and Collaborate. Strong decision-making and prioritization are essential to make sure everything runs smoothly.
    • You must be as organized as possible to Schedule, Monitor and Adjust deadlines and resources as needed.
