Responsibilities

Lead and coach cross-functional engineering teams, supporting professional growth and performance
Foster a culture of psychological safety, ownership, accountability, and long-term sustainability
Partner with Product Managers to define goals, priorities, and measurable outcomes
Improve delivery predictability through strong planning, execution, and feedback loops
Support technical direction by collaborating with senior engineers and challenging decisions constructively

Requirements

Multiple years of experience managing engineering teams in a product-led environment

Strong understanding of modern software delivery and operational maturity
Technically fluent, able to engage in architectural and engineering discussions
