The Sales and Marketing Manager (Digital) will primarily be responsible for online marketing activities, conduct market research, implement and develop sales plan to encourage product visibility on the market and generate new business leads to drive growth and profitability.

 Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads using digital platforms.
• Create awareness by developing content using the organization’s social media platforms.
• Coordinate new product development, manage and develop digital marketing campaigns.
• Then, Report on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.
• Maintain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, explore specific needs, anticipate new opportunities and ensure the growth of the business.
• Also, Manage and improve company’s website designs to promote brand awareness.
• Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Lastly, Undertake any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Requirements

• To begin with, A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or any related field of study.
• Then, Minimum 4 years’ experience in a digital marketing role or similar positions.
• Furthermore, Knowledge in digital marketing
• Also, Experience with lead generation and web analytics.
• Moreover, Experience in website management
• Additionally, Experience in market research techniques, developing marketing concepts, positioning, territory management, competitive analysis and product development.
• Besides that, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Afterwards, Excellent attention to detail
• Last but not least, Good organisational, planning, innovative, creative, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Finally, Working knowledge in MS Office suite and Ecommerce sites such as WooCommerce or similar.
