POSITION: Medical Delegate

Nestlé Ghana is currently seeking a Medical Delegate to work as part of a high-performing team to promote exclusive breastfeeding and provide accurate scientific information to Healthcare Professionals about Nestlé’s Infant Nutritional Solutions, including features, advantages, and benefits, as well as their appropriate use under the WHO Code, LI 1667, and Nestlé’s Instructions.
A Day in the Life…
- Coordinate and ensure that Health Care Professionals (HCP) communication plans and tools are implemented correctly in accordance with Field Force goals, in collaboration with the Performance Development Management Team (i.e., Annual Medical Detailing
- Plan, Communication Planning, and Key Priorities).
- Evaluate and recommend participation in medical events and conferences to market Nestlé Nutrition’s solutions and services.
What Will Make You Successful?
- Experience explaining nutritional solutions to healthcare experts.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic automobiles while holding a valid license.
- Experience working and managing resources optimally to fulfill established goals, as well as cooperating with other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a tough setting to meet and exceed goals.
- Managing projects/tasks such as organizing activities with medical/paramedical health specialists on newborn nutrition, products, R&D, and so on.
- Effectively explain nutritional and product concepts to healthcare professionals.
- Has autonomously handled senior health authorities to form and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, presenting, negotiating, interpersonal, analytical, and influencing abilities.
- Planning, organization, and execution entail formulating plans of action to ensure that work is accomplished efficiently.
