Job Duties

As the Employment Compliance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Leading compliance initiatives across employment legislation and workforce regulations.
Managing Sizewell C’s Visa Sponsorship License and ensuring full UKVI compliance.
Overseeing governance for contingent and embedded workers through audits and risk assessments.
Collaborating with HR, Legal, Finance, and Procurement for consistent governance application.
Driving continuous improvement in HR policies, processes, and systems.
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies on compliance matters.

Job Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

Significant experience in IR35 compliance, workforce governance, and HR operations in complex, regulated environments.
In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and sponsorship processes.
Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.
