Social media star, Andrea Owusu commonly known as Efia Odo has advised the public to desist from entrusting their health into the hands of pastors because they are not doctors.
This morning, the actress took to social media to pen down some few words in the quest to save people from losing their lives. She tweeted that; no one should trust a pastor to heal him or his family member from any kind of illness because they are not capable of doing it. She explained that pastors are mortal beings with no kind of supernatural powers therefore, they should not be trusted. Revealing why she made this statement, she said that a woman living in her neighborhood lost her life due to negligence and her decision to believe a pastor to heal her.
Her post got many people pouncing on her with insults and opposing ideas. Yaw Koduah for instance said “Fa wo gyimii kc are you challenging God?”Others gave her bible quotes that suggest the opposite of what she said. She took time off to respond to some comments that came in. She called a fan “dumbass and to him to use his sense, She however declared he belief in God and lack of faith in pastors. She angrily told a fan who opposed her opinion to only pray to God when she is sick and should not think of going to the hospital or buying drugs.
