Eastland Microcredit Services New Job Opportunity
Job Title: Account Officer
DUTIES
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements for assigned banks
- Prepares payroll summaries and post monthly journals.
- Update monthly staff loans and other salary related schedules and agree same to the general ledger
- Prepare liquidity report for supervisor’s review
- Produce a schedule of sundry creditors, accruals and sundry debtors and agree same to the General Ledger.
- Assist in the checking of prepared payment vouchers
- Assist in the preparation of final account
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget
- Assist in the Internal and External Audit
- Refund and adjust cash collateral/security deposit
- Crosscheck all the passbooks with LO register
Qualification Required & Experience
- Proficient knowledge of applications including MS Office(Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Must reside in and around East legon, Madina, Ashaley Botwe, Adenta
- Must possess Driver license
- Minimum Qualification: HND Accounting, Degree in Accounting
Location: Accra
