The Opportunity

We are now recruiting energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Front of House Team Members. This entry-level role is your gateway to the dynamic world of hospitality. You will be the face of our café, directly contributing to the memorable experiences that keep our guests returning.

About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be at the heart of our daily operations. Your role is diverse and hands-on, focused on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining our high café standards. Your core duties will include:

First, you will warmly welcome and assist guests, providing friendly and efficient service from arrival to departure.
You will prepare a range of hot and cold beverages, including our signature coffees, with attention to detail.
A key responsibility involves delivering food and drinks to tables promptly and accurately.
Furthermore, you will clear and reset tables efficiently to ensure a clean and inviting environment for all guests.
You will also perform general cleaning duties to uphold our high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Additionally, you will handle cash transactions and use our point-of-sale system.

About You

While prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, it is not essential—we provide full training.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, between the hours of 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
