Ki is seeking a Director of Products to join our executive team who is strategically minded and extremely experienced. As a vital member of our leadership team, you will be in charge of overseeing the creation and execution of our product vision, strategy, and roadmap. In addition, you will be in charge of overseeing and managing Ki’s product division, which consists of product design, user research, and management.

We are seeking an experienced leader with a focus on products to collaborate with our expanding Product Management team and their cross-functional teams. Along with the CTO, portfolio director, and development director, your job will be to supervise and optimize these teams’ discovery and delivery.

You’ll pay attention to:

  • Being involved in the Ki Management Team actively
  • Creating and maintaining the strategy and vision for the product
  • Establishing and overseeing the product roadmap, making sure that our teams’ priorities and the roadmap are in line with Ki’s business plan, and cultivating a positive working relationship with our algorithmic team. Underwriting Teams and Portfolio Underwriting
  • Leading and working with product squads to develop creative solutions that enable us to test, learn from, and enhance commercial results to strengthen product discipline.
  • Overseeing the way we report our progress to investors, top stakeholders, and bigger Ki teams
