Direct Sales Supervisor – Western at AirtelTigo
The person who gets the job will be a Direct sales supervisor in the department for sales and distribution. (S)he will help the Regional Sales Manager reach their sales and activation goals. Also, by following the company’s rules and policies, (s)he will keep improving the business’s performance now and in the future.
The Direct Sales Supervisor will build a sense of teamwork based on the company’s values. He or she will also encourage creativity and a focus on the customer throughout the operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Businesses can grow and expand by hiring and managing mobile agents in certain areas.
- Give technical feedback about problems with the activation.
- Give reports to the Regional/Direct Sales Manager.
- Make sure BTL activities happen on time and report on the results.
- Make a monthly schedule for activation and BTL and follow it.
- Find business/activation changes in the market
- You are responsible for making sure that the team has enough branding.
- Points of Activation Recruit
- Prepare a monthly schedule and turn it in on the last Friday of every month.
- Before going out to the field or market, make a plan for the day’s route and send a daily visitation tracker.
- Meet with the team every morning and agree on the plan for the day.
Needed Skills and Past Experience
- A degree from a well-known university focusing on marketing or a Higher National Diploma (HND) from a business field related to marketing.
- At least two years of experience in a Sales and Distribution role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Software like Microsoft Office, etc., that you know how to use well.
- It is essential to be able to speak and write English in a clear and concise way.
- Good skills for organizing and keeping track of time
- Good at getting things done and giving reports.
- Must be able to drive and have a clean driving record and license.
