DIGITALLMALL DEVELOPMENT GHANA LIMITED(BANANA HOME) is in need of a Regional Manager to run its company’s day-to-day store activities which are located in the Greater Accra Region, below are the necessary information need:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for formulating and completing annual, monthly sales targets in the region.
- Responsible for completing in-store inventory and developing loss control measures according to business development needs.
- Responsible for the operation and management of stores in the region and the maintenance and promotion of the Banana brand, as well as the daily work and personnel of each direct store standardized management.
- Responsible for sales channel development and large customer excavation.
- Plan, purposeful and targeted store personnel training and shop tracks.
- Cooperate with the financial department to check and track the cost details of each store and the coordination and communication of the shopping mall.
- Other work is arranged by superior leaders.
REQUIREMENTS
- A University degree or higher must be between the ages of 25-40, must have more than 5 years of retail industry experience also have more than 3 years of management experience.
- Loyalty, dedication, good professionalism, a strong sense of responsibility, and dedication.
- Have a strong overall management ability, executive power, communication ability, coordination ability and can work hard.
