We are looking for direct sales and marketing representatives with experience in Ghana.

This is a remote job, which means that as long as you do good work, you can do it from anywhere.

Your default target location will be the place you live and the places around it (although you can market and sell to anyone, anywhere in Ghana and abroad). You will answer to the regional sales manager and the sales executive (or team lead) for the target location that has been given to you.

DevWorld Tech Academy, owned by WealthBankers Limited, needs sales and marketing professionals to promote and sell our Certificate and Diploma courses and other products and services to Ghanaian and international customers. It’s remote work. If you make sales legally, you can work from anyplace.

Salary & Compensation

Base pay and commission amounts are looked at every 6 months and, if needed, changed based on what the teams say. People who do well are rewarded, and people who do poorly are helped.

Responsibilities

The job of a sales representative is to sell retail goods, services, and products to customers. They work with customers to find out what they need, come up with ways to meet those needs, and make sure the sales process goes smoothly. They also try to find new sales leads by “cold calling,” using business directories, getting referrals from clients, or going to see new or current clients.

Sales representatives are the main people who talk to customers about a business. Sales reps make sure that current customers have the right products and services, find new markets and customer leads, and pitch potential customers.
Make a customized plan for how you will use direct sales and direct marketing to reach your sales goals. Learn how we work, what companies we work with, and what products and services they offer.
Reach out to and involve the target audience in Ghana and/or elsewhere, either online or in person.
Use the information on their website and customer service to tell your leads about the products and services offered by our partner companies and turn them into paying customers.
Depending on the company’s product or service, you will either sell to other businesses (B2B) or to customers (B2C) (B2C)

Qualifications

Ability to sell products and services, that is, to close a sale by getting leads and turning them into paying customers. We don’t care if you have a high school diploma or a PhD. What matters to us is that you work hard and smart and can get your job done in record time.

If you think you are a good marketing and sales rep, all we need is for you to bring in paying customers in an honest and legal way.
