THE JOB
ROLE: DELIVERY RIDER
ABOUT YOU
- We are seeking a driven and trusted dispatch rider to be responsible for delivering goods to our customers across the Greater Accra region
- You have proven work experience as a delivery driver across the Greater Accra Region
- You are a stickler for meeting corporate operating policies and standards, including providing best-in-class customer service.
- You will be the most important point of contact to our customers. You are used to being an ambassador for the organization
- You understand the concept of customer satisfaction and you understand product delivery as a key part of meeting customer needs
- You understand the shortest possible routes within the Greater Accra Region
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Deliver products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
- Establish and maintain outstanding relations with customers
- Inspect delivery motorcycles and ensure the safety and security of the loading and unloading process.
- Contact customers to confirm delivery details.
- Determines placement of merchandise follows safety and lifting protocols during deliveries and conducts safety reviews.
- Maintains delivery logs and records.
