Job Description
- Transport goods and tires from the warehouse.
- Finalize the truck’s daily inspection report before leaving.
- Verify the vehicle’s cleanliness.
- Load and unload the goods and tires for delivery to the various clients.
- At clients’ sites, personally unload tires
- Examine the goods and tires with the client.
- Observe delivery sequence to maximize daily route handling of all delivery work orders.
- Pick up tires at various client locations.
- Help with additional relevant warehouse chores, such as maintenance and truck loading and unloading.
Qualifications
- Hold a current G Class license.
- Have at least a year’s worth of driving experience. Be physically fit and able to lift large objects.
- Own a clean driving record.
- A thorough understanding of the area
- Prior experience delivering an asset
- Prior cube van (asset) driving experience
