It’s getting quite obvious that a new female musicians’ beef is coming up and this time around, it’s between Dede Supa of Lifeline records and Sista Afia as they have started throwing shots at each other over the tag “slay queen”.
Not long ago, up and coming Ghanaian musician Dede Supa in an interview with Zionfelix on the “uncut show”, hinted that Wendy Shay of Rufftown records and Sista Afia are slay queens. This is because they dress to expose some parts of their body like Slay queens do and sell their brand and music that way too from a lay person’s point of view.
According to the Lifeline record artiste, Sista Afia calls her fan base “Slay Nation” and at times talks about slaying in her music videos and that confirms she is indeed a slay queen however Dede Supa exempted herself by saying she is not a slay queen because she doesn’t sell her music and brand with slaying.
Interview with Zionfelix:
Few days after the interview, Sista Afia took to her Twitter page to warn the lifeline record artiste for speaking about her when she doesn’t even know her. She added that every upcoming artiste wants to attack her in order to build their career.
Sista Afia’s reply:
You go on interviews to talk bad about me when you don't even know me. Now every upcoming musician wants to attack me to build their career smh. Girl you ain't worth my attention be careful and focus on your music because surviving in this music industry is tougher than you think

Dede Supa not knowing what she said wrong about the interview replied boldly in an Instagram post and questioned Sista Afia if she is afraid of mentioning her name. She stood by her words and asked “you call your girls slay nation so that makes you what?” According to Dede Supa, nothing is wrong with being a slay queen but then she’s not one like Sista Afia.
