DATA ENTRY OFFICER – OUTBOUND
1. Receive all requests from internal stakeholders
2. Perform system allocations/reservations per request
3. Perform all outbound system transactions in real time
4. Perform system cleanup of all aged transactions
5. Liaise with issuing officers on stock issuances
6. Maintain proper records of all transactions
7. Investigate all system-related challenges and escalate
8. Ensure reporting on transactions
QUALIFICATIONS
At least HND in Supply Chain or related field with working experience
