Data Entry Clerk at Reform Pharmaceuticals Limited
Job Description
- Gather source data, make sure it’s correct, and sort it by priority to get it ready for computer entry.
- Check data for gaps or mistakes, fix any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output.
- Do the research and get more information for documents that aren’t complete.
- Use data program techniques and procedures
- Make reports, store finished work in the right places, and do backups
- Scan documents and print files when needed
- Keep information private
- Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
- Follow data integrity and security policies
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience with office equipment like a printer and scanner;
- Fast and accurate typing;
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Privacy
Location: Accra.
