You will assist clients with technical issues every day by phone, email, or in-person video conferences. Responsibilities of Customer Support Specialist Jobs
- Handle and resolve customer support issues through live video sessions, phone calls, and email—all of which are recorded in our CRM support platform.
- Help clients with technical support and troubleshooting, and when necessary, escalate issues to the appropriate corporate departments.
- Execute Pre-Launch Check assesses client initiatives and offers suggestions to enhance their proficiency using Recollective.
- A discreet in-app help system should be provided to customers during live research sessions.
- Monitor customer communications and government remarks.
- Work together and support the sales and product teams of Recollective.
- Assist with the generation of written content as required and with maintaining Recollective’s internal and external knowledge bases.
Required Skills and Experience
- Any discipline-related degree or diploma from a university or college
- Capacity to accurately handle problems by understanding a situation or problem relevant to one’s job and acting appropriately to address it.
- Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking. English proficiency is required for this line of work. French or Spanish-speaking candidates are given precedence.
- A minimum of two years of experience working in a professional customer-facing role is required of candidates.
- Ability to sympathize with consumers and deliver exceptional customer service.
