Job Duties
- Maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners to drive revenue growth and engagement

Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in customer success, account management, or related roles
- Fluency in Japanese, English, and Mandarin for effective client communication

- Experience in SaaS, B2B sales, or F&B industry is preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
