About Role

The Customer Services Global Trainer will play a strategic role in developing and delivering training programmes designed to enhance customer service excellence across international teams. Supporting a global community of more than 340 customer service professionals across regions, including the UK, Iberia, the United States, Mexico, Asia, the Philippines, and Australia, the role focuses on strengthening professional capability and service quality.

Two specialist focus areas are available: Leadership & Development and Customer Experience. The Leadership & Development pathway focuses on coaching managers, enhancing onboarding programmes, and supporting employee engagement and career development initiatives.

The Customer Experience pathway emphasises behavioural coaching, soft skills training, workflow optimisation, and adoption of AI-enabled service tools. Training delivery will include blended learning approaches such as e-learning, virtual workshops, and in-person facilitation.
