Credit Manager at Builsa Community Bank LTD
The head office of Builsa Community Bank Ltd. is in Sandema, which is in Ghana’s Upper East Region. The bank is looking for qualified people to fill the following positions: Credit Manager
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the work of the bank’s credit and microfinance officers across all agencies.
- Give management technical advice on the bank’s credit and microfinance activities.
- Make sure that loans and advances given to clients are monitored and followed up on regularly to make sure they are paid back on time.
- Make sure that all of the bank’s policies on loans and microfinance are being followed for all loans and advances given by all of the bank’s agencies and report to the Chief Executive Officer.
- Any other jobs are given by the head of the company
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, banking, or a related field, plus at least five years of work experience in credit management or a related field.
- A master’s degree would be a plus.
- Experience with banking systems, especially T24 banking application software.
- Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, etc.
- Must be able to motivate and drive growth.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
