Therefore, you must pay 625 pounds for a visa that lasts up to three years if your profession is not on the shortage occupation list, and 1,235 pounds for a visa that lasts longer than three years.

If your occupation is on the shortage occupation list, you must pay 479 pounds for a visa that is valid for up to three years, and 943 pounds for a visa that is valid for more than three years.

If you have lived in the UK with a valid visa for at least 12 months and your employer can reimburse your expenses during your first month in the country up to 1270 pounds, you do not need to present proof of money. Your partner needs 285 pounds as proof of cash. Additionally, it is 315 pounds for one child and 200 pounds for each additional child. Additionally, within 31 days of submitting your application for this visa, you must have this money on hand for at least 28 consecutive days.

A 624-pound annual healthcare surcharge is also due from you. To stay in the UK for a year, you would have to pay 624 pounds, although some people are exempt from this requirement. There is a healthcare premium of 624 pounds per person per year if you are on a skilled worker visa, though.
