Role Purpose
We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects.
Job Description / Requirements
- Firstly, Meeting with Engineers, Architects and Contractors on an ongoing basis regarding project objectives and progress.
- Secondly, Managing and motivating site foremen and teams.
- Thirdly, Ensuring all equipment needed is available on site.
- Moreover, Ensuring budget costs relating to wages, contractors, materials, and equipment aren’t exceeded.
- Additionally, Approving purchase requests.
- Then, Ensuring the construction process starts and ends on time, and ensuring daily and weekly deadlines are met.
- Also, Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and all other regulations.
- Afterwards, Issuing SI’s and VOs to project management.
- Finally, Conducting ongoing quality inspections.
Required Qualification and Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Degree
- Experience Length: 15 years
Salary is negotiable
Location is Accra
