Construction & Maintenance Officer at Ghana Christian International High School
Ghana Christian International High School is seeking to recruit Construction & Maintenance Officer.
Responsibilities
- Uses safety equipment, supplies, and procedures to do job tasks as needed; tells the right administrator about fire, sanitation, and safety risks and the need for repairs.
- Responds to immediate safety and/or operational concerns (such as building damage, alarms, etc.) in order to take the right steps to fix immediate safety problems and keep a functional learning environment. Gives reports on activities when asked to do so by the right administrator.
- Stores and shelves equipment and other supplies according to local, state, federal, and district rules and regulations. Keeps equipment in a safe working condition and keeps records, reports, and processes for preventive maintenance.
- Shows guests where to go and protects district property; follows all state and federal safety and health laws and rules
Qualification Required & Experience
- Should have at least 5 years direct working experience in their respective fields and level they are applying for professional qualifications and advanced working knowledge of office applications is an advantage
Location: Accra
