Construction company, with active operations around Ghana, is looking for qualified individuals to fill the following vacancies: Construction Foremen

LOCATION: Labone, Adjacent to Ernest Chemist

Responsibilities:

The Construction Foremen will be responsible for the following responsibilities.

• Create and maintain construction schedules.
• Hire and manage staff.
• Liaise with property owners and tenants.
• Order materials as needed.
• Ensure that projects remain within the allotted budget.
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew.
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities.
• Supervise and train workers and tradespeople.
• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate.

REQUIREMENT:

1. A minimum of a relevant tertiary qualification
2. At least three (3) years previous work experience in road construction or a similar environment
3. Member of a relevant professional body
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
5. Ability to cooperate and work with others in a team
6. Ability to travel across the country
7. Prior experience in a supervisory role.
8. Experience with construction.
9. Excellent project management skills.
10. Good interpersonal skills.
11. Excellent leadership skills.
