A construction company is seeking to employ the services of the following:

Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required.
Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.

Manage the entire process in the planning of commodities procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution, customs clearance, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.
Ensure effective lines of communication to ensure timely delivery of commodities using the most appropriate procurement procedures.
Be responsible for introducing process improvements in the supply chain and identifying new vendors/suppliers without jeopardizing quality and service delivery.

Be responsible for introducing process improvements in the supply chain and identifying new vendors/suppliers without jeopardizing quality and service delivery.
Establish and implement a monitoring system that ensures that the prices paid for commodities are in line with local market prices.

Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.

To provide leadership and to establish and maintain effective and harmonious working relationships with all those involved in the project, particularly with the Owner and the Architect
To meet at regular intervals with the Owner and Architect and to keep them currently advised on the status of cost versus budget and the progress of the work
To coordinate the functions of the estimating, scheduling, purchasing, accounting, and operations departments as they relate to the progress and completion of the project under his/her direction
To have a complete and thorough knowledge and understanding of the Contract Documents, the General Contract, and the Subcontracts
To see that all drawings and specifications are examined, prior to beginning construction, for design deficiencies, impractical details, and possible code violations, and through a meeting with the Architect, bring them to a resolution

Overseeing the logistical requirements of a project
Delegating work to colleagues within your team
Meeting regularly with clients, third parties, and other managers to report on progress
Setting targets, objectives, and responsibilities for all supervised staff
Regularly reviewing timings, budget, labor, risk, and project plans to ensure work stays on track
Setting and agreeing on budgets
