COMPLIANCE OFFICER (HSE) At AGL Gas
AGL Gas is a Ghanaian-owned company, duly registered to market and distribute LPG and other petroleum products. AGL Gas is seeking the services of a COMPLIANCE OFFICER (HSE).
POSITION SUMMARY
As a compliance officer, you will ensure that the company works in a legal and ethical manner while meeting the objectives of the business. You will be in charge of developing compliance programs, evaluating company policies, and advising management on possible risks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and control an effective legal compliance application.
- Develop and evaluate organization guidelines.
- Suggest management of the employer’s compliance with laws and regulations via targeted reports.
- Create and manipulate effective movement plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Regularly audit agency tactics, practices, and files to identify possible weaknesses or dangers.
- Investigate organization operations to determine compliance hazards.
- Ensure all employees are knowledgeable about the present-day regulations and processes.
- Resolve worker issues approximately criminal compliance.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Must possess an HND/Degree in Environmental Science/Engineering and a Professional HSE certificate
- In-depth knowledge of Fire Safety Management Understanding of current concepts in Health, Safety, and Environment
- Understanding of Safety Audit and Inspection Leadership and Communication skills
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Must be a team player
- Must pay attention to details
- Must have a desire for sales.
